For all our customers,

We're thrilled to announce that our taxi service will be back up and running Monday April 1st!

As we gear up for the season ahead, we want to ensure you're informed about our operating procedures.

Throughout April, we'll be operating on a request-only basis Monday - Thursday and open as usual Friday - Sunday 9am till 5pm to kick off the season smoothly. To secure your trip please make your requests by calling or texting the water taxi phone at least 48 hours in advance. While we'll make every effort to accommodate last-minute requests, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Additionally, when booking, please specify a collection time if you require a return trip. These timings are subject to the weather.

Updates on opening hours or cancellation will be provided via the website, the water taxi members group and via social media.

In April, for the Dawlish Warren service, we would recommend calling ahead to check the service is running in temperamental weather conditions.
